While this section may not inherently need a tutorial, I do think it's something not a whole lot of people are aware of! In the following tutorial I will document the [No Texture Rotate] area in pets and breedfiles, and what it does. To start, I've covered this whole entire mutt in a math texture I made.
Without editing the texture rotate area at all, this is how the dog and the texture move.
Now, I'm going to add the [No Texture Rotate] area to the .Mutt file in LNZ pro. This isn't a section that already exists, but it is a section that the game knows how to read. Simply add it in anywhere you'd like. I've added mine directly underneath of the texture area.
Unfortunately we can't just leave it at that, we have to tell the game what balls we want to apply this tool to by adding the ball numbers underneath; one per row. For the purpose of demonstrating what this tool does, I'm going to add every body ball to the list.
Now, we've got this effect!
Not much of a tutorial, but I hope this brought light to an underutilized and hiding section of pet and breed files!
